Geocache Description:

A cache by tormodel, thorhb and gjerjs
This road crossing gives you three options; northwards to Kyrksæterøra, southwards to Vinjeøra (and Nordmøre) and eastwards to Orkanger (and Trondheim). This is one of the most boring rest areas in Central Norway, so we made it more interesting by placing a cache here.

ENGLISH:

This is however a nice place to stop if you "need to go". "Tisse i kryss" means "cross-peeing" or "peeing in a crossing". And exactly that (peeing, that is), is what people whom stop here usually do (in between the trees).

"Hemne" is a municipality in Sør-Trøndelag county and a part of the Fosen region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Kyrksæterøra. Other villages include Heim, Hellandsjøen, Holla, and Vinjeøra. The highway E39 runs through the southern part of Hemne. Hemne was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838.

The name (Old Norse: Hefn) originally belonged to the Hemnfjorden. The name is derived from the word hafn which means "port" or "haven" (referring to the good port of Hemnskjel).
