The cache is at the posted coordinates. This is a
challenge cache. See below for instructions on how to meet the
requirements.
This is a challenge cache that will, hopefully,
give a reason to try for some of those caches that have not been
found in a long time. Last month or so I found a cache
Chemical Monkey CG177N7 that hadn't been found in several
years. Unbelievably, it was still there. This of course gave me an
idea for a challenge cache. Unlike the
Days Of The Year Challenge GC240VV where you need to find a
cache every day of the calendar year, this challenge will only make
you find 1 cache, but there has to be at
least 1 calendar year between when you find it and
when it was found last.
Rules for logging:
1) The date you find the cache must be 1 calendar year from the
date of the last find. (If a cache was placed and has not been
found yet, you may count it if you find it but a calendar year must
have elapsed between being published and when you find it.)
2) You may find it in groups of whatever size you want as long as
everyone is present for the finding and signing. (This also counts
toward the
Cooperation Challenge Cache GC2DQFF.
3) When you log the find, simply put the GC code of the cache you
found with the date of the last find and the date you found it.
(Ex. GC177N7, last found 02-09-09, I found on 01-29-11.)
4) Just to even the playing field, you may only count finds from
2011 forward. So your find must be after 01-01-2011, not the
date of the last find.
5. The cache must be active at the time you find it.
You're looking for a small sized, camouflaged, lock-n-lock hidden
in a stump just uphill from the end of the road. The terrain and
difficulty ratings are due to the uncertainty of the cache you
choose to find. The actual ratings are closer to T=2 and D=2. 5$
FTF prize. These rules may be subject to change as special
