Schlossberg Letterbox
Das ist ein Letterbox-Cache - was bedeutet, dass du kein GPSr benötigst, um den Cache zu finden. Wie auch immer das GPSr könnte nützlich sein, um zum Startpunkt zu kommen. Gemäß den GC-Regeln wird es dir aber möglich sein, Koordinaten zu bestimmen, indem du entlang des Weges einige Variablen sammelst. Diese Koordinaten werden aber nicht sehr genau sein - du wirst rausfinden warum - und zusätzlich wird der Signalempfang am Ziel nie wirklich gut sein. Wenn du die Pictogramme abgearbeitet hast, solltest du die Letterbox gefunden haben.
Koordinatenberechnung:
NLB = NH + (B*D/2-10)
ELB = EH + (A*C-15)
wobei NH/EH die Headerkoordinaten und NLB/ELB die Koordinaten für die Letterbox (Berechnung erfolgt in Milliminuten).
Die Terrainbewertung bezieht sich nur auf die letzten 3m, ansonsten ist es ein T2*. Zum Öffnen der Box ist keine Kraft notwendig! Der Stempel und das Stempelkissen sind keine Tauschobjekte.
Winterzeit: Bei winterlichen Bedingungen wird der Aufgang zum Schlossberg gesperrt, der Cache kann daher offiziell nicht besucht werden. Ich werde den Cache jedoch nicht deaktivieren/aktivieren, da sich die Bedingungen auf täglicher Basis ändern können. Eine Missachtung der Sperre geschieht auf eigenes Risiko!
This is a letterbox cache - which means that you will not need a GPSr for finding the cache. Nevertheless the GPSr might be useful to find the starting point. According to the GC rules you will also be able to determine coordinates by picking up some variables on the way. These coordinates will not be very accurate - you will find out why - and in addition the signal reception at the final will not be good neither. When you are through with the pictograms, you are supposed to stand in front of the letterbox.
Calculation of the coordinates:
NLB = NH + (B*D/2-10)
ELB = EH + (A*C-15)
where NH/EH the header coordinates and NLB/ELB the coordinates of the letterbox (calculation is done in milliminutes).
The terrain rating is based on the last 3 meters, the rest is T2* only. You don't need any force for opening the box! The stamp and the ink pad are no trading items!
Winter time: The way up the Schlossberg gets closed during winterly conditions. Since this can change on a daily basis I refrain from disabling/enabling the status. It is on your own risc if you disregard the barrier.
