You are looking for a first aid container.
After replacing the container at ‘AThrillofTheHunt’s tribute cache and taking a nice stroll on a nice winter day, I just couldn’t resist adding more difficulty to the Busse challenge.
It may not be possible to use the usual locally-found retrieval tools to get this cache, but it should be possible for the usual ‘ninja monkies’ to get to it.
Bring your camera 2, there is a nice view from the cache.
