Walk on the Winged Side #6 Traditional Geocache
Graculus: As the owner has not responded to my log asking that the cache is changed back to a traditional with a logbook and remove the virtual logging options I have no choice but to archive it.

in our disclaimer.
This is the 6th in a series of 8 caches around East Midlands
Airport Nature Trail.
The trail now runs around the back of the airport, this gets quite
muddy in the wet weather. The trail can take a number of routes, it
depends if you like planes or nature. They all come back together
before the cache site.
If you're lucky you may see some firemen with their hoses
out.
This cache has been mugggled again !!! so we've changed it to a
virtual cache.
TO CLAIM THIS CACHE - If a Rocket is number 8 and a Plane is number
5 the number you require is a butterfly. This equals F for the
final cache clue. To confirm this cache you need to tell us via
e-mail what you think number 3 is.
This is a series of 8 caches distributed around East Midlands
Airport Nature Trail.
To do the whole series it is best to park in the carpark outside
the Aeropark - please note it's opening times (Apr-Oct 0800-2200,
Nov-Mar 0900-1700 and it's free). Parking is possible at some of
the other locations but not all, please be aware this is a high
security area.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PARK OR LEAVE YOUR CAR WHERE IT WILL PRESENT A
SECRURITY RISK, YOU MAY BE QUESTIONED OR WORSE ARRESTED.
The Nature Trail is approximately 7 miles long, over a variety of
surfaces. Some of the sections can be quite muddy at times. There
are a wide variety of things to see en-route as the trail takes in
all aspects of the airport.
Dotted around the trail are information boards relating to the
wildlife in that area and local information.
Inside the first 6 caches is information you will need to de-code
the 7th cache which will give you the location of the Mystery
Cache. For those interested in downloading a map showing the trail
route, please go to this link:

We hope you enjoy Walk on the Winged Side.
