Geocache Description:

Cytadela Warszawska powstala po upadku Powstania Listopadowego. Zostala zbudowana wedlug projektu generala majora Iwana Dehna, na rozkaz cara Mikolaja I; miala pomóc w sprawowaniu kontroli nad miastem. Pelnila tez role wiezienia sledczego i miejsca stracen dzialaczy narodowych i rewolucjonistów. Obecnie teren Cytadeli nalezy do Wojska Polskiego, ale spora jego czesc zostala przeksztalcona w park.

Skrzynka - nieduze plastikowe pudelko, zostala schowana w dziurze u podstawy ceglanego muru.

Warsaw Citadel has been built after November Uprising, according to the project of general major Iwan Dehn, for tsar Nicolas I. It's purpose was to help to control the city, it was also a prison and a place of execution of many activists and revolutionists. Today terrain of Citadel belongs to Polish Army, but it's large part has been changed into a park.

The cache – a small plastic box – is hidden in a base if the wall.
