With a large number of geocachers between I-20 and I-75, the
Northwest Metro Atlanta Cachers moniker was created to bring these
cachers together! We will be hosting monthly "Eat & Greet"
dinners as well as occasionally having informative meetings, CITO
events and group caching events. The goal is to get to know the
geocachers in our community and have a good time fellowshipping
with each other. Finally put faces with the names you keep seeing
in the logs!
Our first event is an "Eat & Greet" dinner at BB's Sports
Bar & Grill at the northern tip of Douglasville. This is a
family-friendly little restaurant that serves up traditional
grilled and fried American food. After a chance to eat, everybody
will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and we will share
caching stories. It is always fun to hear about the adventures that
others have experienced, especially when it involves the police!
Regardless of where you live or how much geocaching experience
you have, come on out and meet with other local geocachers!
