There's foul play on the Herts-Beds border and you have been called in to investigate the suspected murder of Dr Black, owner of Tudor Mansion. It's only suspected because we cannot find the body! Dr Black invited six guests for the weekend and some time very early on Sunday morning the host disappeared. His guests all fled the house; each with a guilty conscience ... but only one was responsible for Dr Black's disappearance.
You are Inspector Cluedo and your challenge is to solve the crime and find the body. Each of the suspects has hidden their potentially incriminating evidence in a cache on familiar ground where they feel safe. Visit each cache and inspect the evidence you find. There will be three cards in each to enable you to eliminate suspects, weapons or locations from your enquiries. When you have the solution visit Inspector Cluedo: Dr Black for the final stage instructions. Good Luck, Inspector, because each cache will test a different detection skill.

Wrest Park in Silsoe, now in the care of English Heritage, is one of the most magnificent yet least well-known gardens in England. Unlike 'Capability' Brown’s natural landscape styling, favoured during the late 18th century, Wrest Park’s formal gardens provide a fascinating history of gardening styles, laid out over 150 years and inspired by the great gardens of Versailles in France. Mrs White served as cook on the country estate of Wrest Park for many years. She came to Dr Black's attention when he occasionally dined there and, after a long series of negotiations with her employers, finally secured her services for himself. She has now retired and become a great friend of the doctor's. Since she knows the grounds and surroundings of Wrest Park so well, it is prudent to start the search for Mrs White's cache in the area. It is also important to locate her evidence as the cook's fingerprints are not on file with the authorities. Fortunately, Mrs White is not as skilled in covert activities as her fellow suspects and a confidential informant has provided exact details of the cache location; having spotted Mrs White hiding it! This could be the break you are waiting for ... and don't forget to collect a fingerprint.
The cache is a plastic 0.33l lock & lock box holding three cards to advance your enquiries and an access code on the lid to use the Inspector Cluedo Suggestion Site. Please leave all evidence in the cache for the next detective and hide the cache exactly as you found it. Prepare for mud!
