This is a bonus cache for a series of caches based around one of my favorite tv series - Naruto
The above co-ordinates are not for the cache.
To find the cache, you will need to visit the other three "Cell 10" caches and answer the questions in them.
Once you have the answers, you need to convert each letter of the answers into numbers.
A=1, B=2, C=3 etc. And added them together.
eg: if one of the answers was "hello" it would convert to 52 (XY)
This should leave you with three 2 digit numbers.
Ino (GC2NBW1) = AB
Shikamaru (GC2NBWA) = CD
Choji (GC2NBVQ) = EF
