You are looking for a nano near a local watering hole.
No, this cache doesn't have anything to do with whips, but the name amused me. This old West watering hole is pretty darned quirky. I have seen horses tied up in the front on more than one occasion. This intersection was screaming for a cache... Should be a fairly straightforward park and grab unless, of course, you decide to sidle up to the bar after you find it and mingle with the regulars. Placed with permission from the manager.
This cache can be retrieved without stepping inside the mulched garden. Please be gentle with the landscaping...
