SideTracked caches are not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. They are just a distraction for the weary geocaching traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too.
This cache has been set to create a cache and dash near Bedford St Johns Station. The cache is not located located on railway property but is only seconds from the station.
Bedford St Johns Station is situated in Bedford to the south of the River Great Ouse. It is situated on the Marston Vale Line. The station is managed by London Midland. The station is between Bedford Midland to the north and Kempston Hardwick to the west. There is an hourly service in each direction, except on Sundays when the line is closed.
The original station was opened in 1846 by the Bedford Railway. The current, single platform station was opened in 1984 in the former freight yard. This relocation allowed services to continue through to Bedford Midland on the Midland Mainline route. Current passenger level are around 14,000 muggles per year.
I've found a new spot for a micro (non-magnetic camo tube 150ml).It contains a log and nothing except the log.
