Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates.

In 2005 I hid True/False - a puzzle cache. Unfortunately, it disappeared repeatedly, so I eventually archived it. Since then I've wanted to hide a replacement, and now I finally have; I hope this one will last longer.

This time I won't tell any lies; I'll just ask questions. To find the actual location of the cache, answer each question in the list below either "yes" or "no". Use your answers to figure out the digits A, B, C, D, and E, and substitute them into these coordinates:

    N 40° 4A.BC2  W 124° 0D.CE8

Here are the questions that you need to answer:

     1.  Is A equal to C plus E?

     2.  Do the next three questions have the same answer?

     3.  Is C equal to the number of questions in this list with answer "no"?

     4.  Have you ever found 20 caches in one day?

     5.  Is this the first question in this list with answer "no"?

     6.  Does at least one of the next three questions have answer "no"?

     7.  Is A equal to the number of questions in this list with answer "yes"?

     8.  Is D the average of A and C?

     9.  Do at least two of the next three questions have answer "yes"?

    10.  Is B equal to A plus D?

    11.  Is this cache more than a mile from its listed coordinates?

    12.  Is C equal to B plus E?

    13.  Are the answers to the next two questions different?

    14.  Are the answers to questions 6 and 18 different?

    15.  Do questions 6 and 20 have the same answer?

    16.  Is E equal to C plus D?

    17.  Are the answers to the next two questions different?

    18.  Do the next two questions have the same answer?

    19.  Are the answers to questions 6 and 13 different?

    20.  Is D equal to B times E?

If you think you've figured out the coordinates, you can check them with certitude:
