One of four planned bunkers (only two were halfway built) on the
southern tip of Bornholm.
One of four planned bunkers with 38cm cannons.
Only two of them were halfway finished.
These 17 metre 110 ton cannons would combined with a similar set in
Germany be able to close of ship traffic in the eastern part of the
Baltic sea. The cannons range was 42 kilometres.
The building project started in December 1940, but was stopped 24th
of June 1941.
The cache is placed outside the bunker itself. Feel free to take a
look inside, but bring a friend and a torch, there are large holes
in the floors.
