An ammo box hidden along the San Bruno Mountain Ridge Trail overlooking Guadalupe Canyon.
We were in Placerville not too long ago and came across a great surplus store. To me that meant cache supplies and they had ammo boxes. This is our first ammo box hide. Nothing tricky, although it is camo'ed a bit. Fresh log and pen. Some goodies already in place. FTF gets choice. No need to trample any growth - but beware of poison oak, it is all over that mountain.
