Geocache Description:

This cache is near the starting point of a short series incorporating the Milnsbridge Circular walk.

Created by MEG (Milnsbridge Enhancement Group), the Milnsbridge Circular Walk includes a number sculptures connected with the area's textile industrial history, the first of which is a stone seat near this cache.

The Milnsbridge Circular walk can be done in around 45 minutes which makes it ideal for families and dog walkers.

Starting from River Street, next to the Aldi car park, this short series also includes a small section of the Huddersfield narrow canal between Golcar and Milnsbridge and is a good way to explore the area's industrial past.
