Geocache Description:

The cache is located next to an unfinished path in Jacques Cartier Park. I first noticed this path about five years ago and have always wondered why it was left unfinished. Was this path abandoned when the plans for the Trans Canada Trail came about? Or was it part of a longer trail that was torn up to make room for the Trans Canada Trail? Whatever the case may be, this path has always felt like an unfinished thought to me.

In the winter, the path isn't cleared so it is best viewed using Google Satellite View or Street View when it's covered by snow.

The cache only contains a log book so be sure to bring your own writing implement. The park is open from 7am to 10pm. During the warmer months, you can park at the listed parking coordinates. When this parking area is closed, you can park on the street (in some spots it's 2 hour parking for everyone and in others, it's limited to permit holders during the day).
