Geocache Description:

A mini event based on the Cumbrian side of the Solway

This is an opportunity for some of the lesser spotted local cachers (whose names we see on logs but only rarely meet in the wild), to meet up and share tales of "daring do" while enjoying a few drinks and eats

Venue: Kings Arms, Bowness on Solway & Lindow Hall (Next Door!)

Time :12.30 pm onwards

Date: Saturday, 26 February 2011

Children and geo-dogs welcome

The lunch time food is of the soup/roll, chips and sandwiches variety. Please can you give us an indication if you are interested in lunch so that we can give the landlord an idea of numbers in advance. We'd hate them to run out of chips! No CREDIT or DEBIT cards accepted. Please bring cash.

Because parking in Bowness is limited, the head of the Junior school in the village has kindly offered the school grounds for parking off road.

Attendees are invited to enter TBs into a TB race. The link for the race site is here. The password to enter the race will be given out at the event.
