Are The Deer Watching You Too? Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

LadyBee4T: Sadly the new container I wanted to replace here isn't going to work so I am archiving this cache. Boo to the person who stole the original container and ruined others fun.

Geocache Description:

When I came to this spot to place the cache I heard a rustle in the leaves behind me. I turned around and there were two deer looking at me. One was very curious and came closer twitching her ears and sniffing the air until she was no more than 15 feet from me. I froze in place and we stared at each other for several minutes until I could no longer hold my position. After awhile I think she became bored with me and started over to join the other one grazing behind her. Then a third one came over to check me out! This one was even more curious than the other one and we continued to watch each other for several minutes. I had to move again so I slowly turned and she just kept watching me.  I took a chance and took my phone out of my pocket so I could take a picture.  Despite the noise of the camera phone I was able to take 11 pictures before she too grew bored and moved in the other direction. I then returned to work on the cache and get the coords. When I turned around again all three were still there grazing. My question to you is: Are the deer watching you too?

Park is open from 8 am to dusk.  Please follow the park rules so that we can continue to place caches and enjoy this park.  You are looking for a large bison tube.  There may be bushwacking for the last 100 feet or so. Or you may be lucky and find the deer trails.

Information about the park and trail maps can be found here http://www.fhgov.com/Community/Parks.asp#HeritagePark
