This is the Annual South Wales Event, this year being held in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire by yours truly Mushroom Mike. ( after a little gentle persuation from the south wales cachers at this years event)
The Hall for the event is New Hedges Village Hall, New Hedges ( in between Saundersfoot and Tenby. )
The event will be held between 10.00am and 4.00pm. We will hopefully have lots of stalls and refreshments, and will be raising money towards the Mega event in Swansea. When I know what stalls we will have I will update the page.
We will be arranging a flash mob event on the Friday morning, and hopefully 2 other cachers will arrange a meet and greet on the Thursday, and now a camping event on the Saturday.
We are looking into other suitable camping sites in the next couple of weeks, as Broadfield farm wasn't suitable for everyone. We will get these other events publuished ASAP, so please watch this space.
We have found a great camping/caravan site for the weekend www.camping-pembrokeshire.co.uk/ Trevayne Farm. There will be a camping event being held there on Sat 30th April organised by Mollyjack ( to be published soon).
