Ein Multi, wo man kein GPS braucht.
Auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Rennweg-Kaserne wurde 1994 der Wohnpark Rennweg mit über 300 Wohnungen eröffnet.
Eine grosse Grünanlage mit Spielplatz, Rodelhügel und Hundezone befindet sich oberhalb der Wohnungen. Die Grünanlage ist vom Strassenverkehr auch durch eine HTL, die Kirche Maria Geburt und die übrig gebliebenen Gebäude der Rennweg-Kaserne in Richtung Rennweg geschützt.
Der Cache ist auf einem kleinen Rundgang zu finden.
Beginne den Rundgang an der Startposition, einem Erinnerungsstein an die Wohnparkeröffnung. Gehe nun stadtauswärts, bis Du rechts die Kirche siehst. Gehe - die Landstrasser Hauptstrasse im Rücken - den breiten Gehweg in Richtung Kirche hinauf. Die Seite des Kirchturms mit der Uhr ist genau vor Dir. Im Frühjahr wenn die Bäume blühen ist das bei Sonnenschein am Vormittag besonders nett.
Bei der grossen Pergola (Holzgestell ohne Pflanzen) wende Dich nach links. Gehe nun den Weg so lange nach links zu einer Laterne, bis Du auch von der linken Seite des Kirchturms genau so viel siehst, also von beiden Kirchturmseiten genau gleich viel (im Sommer etwas schwierig). Wenn Du meinst, Du bist schon richtig, gehe noch 1 Laterne weiter.
Wende Dich jetzt von der Verbindungslinie Laterne und Kirchturm nicht ganz 90° nach rechts und Du siehst in Wurfweite eine Eisenkonstruktion bei einer anderen Laterne.
Hier ist eine Dose angebracht - der Cache.
Bitte möglichst am Weg bleiben, man muss nicht ins Gras gehen.

A Multicache where no GPS is needed.
On the area of the "Rennweg-casern" in 1994 more than 300 flats were built.
A park with playground, a barrow's hill and a dog-area is beside the flats. The park is separated from traffic noise also by a school, the church Maria Geburt and a rest of buildings of the casern.
The cache can be found during a small trip in the park.
Start the trip at the coordinates. Here you can see a memorial to the induction of the flats. Go in the direction out of town until you can see the church on the right. Go - "Landstrasser Hauptstrasse" in your back - the sidewalk towards the church. The clock of the spire is directly in front of you. In spring before noon the spire is nice when the sun shines.
At the pergola (wooden building without plants) turn left. Go on the way to the left to a lantern until you can see of the left side of the spire as much as of the clock's side. So you see from both sides the equal portion (in summer diffiult because of leaves).
Connect the lantern and the church's spire and turn almost 90° to the right. Within a throwing range you can see a steel construction beside an other lantern.
Here you will find the cache.
You do not have to step into the grass.
