A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

This is for all my English teachers. You burdened me with innumerable boring books. Made me read them. And I ended up liking them all. Thanks.

This location is a neat little breath of air in the middle of the street.

Bring your own pen. This should be a very easy find. Please secure the container so it does not fall in the creek.
