Hashima Island, commonly called Gunkanjima or Gunkanshima, is about 15 kilometers from Nagasaki. The island was populated from 1887 to 1974 as a coal mining facility. The island's most notable features are the abandoned concrete buildings and the sea wall surrounding it.
The tourist tour will not let you wander in the hospital (which is where the cache is), so you'll need to go to this island by yourself. It's rather a difficult task. However, the cache itself isn't difficult to find once you're in the island.
Somewhere in the abandoned hospital, you'll probably find easily two pens and a little notepad in a nice little black case.
