Chamavam-lhe as letras
romanas.
Alta».
a alteração química e mineralógica, acima descrita, podendo ocorrer
humana».
E pronto. Face às detalhadas e convincentes explicações deste
especialista, dissiparam-se-lhe as dúvidas.
veja o penedo o GPS (opcional) o jogador deverá ainda relatar o
ROMAN PICTURES VERSUS NATURAL
PHENOMENON
At the site called the "Fountain of Stone" in Picão, in the Serra
do Montemuro, beside the road linking the settlement of the Cross
on Picão Rossão, about halfway through, was a complex of rocks with
engravings that older people are reminded to visit when they went
to the mountain with the cows. They called it the Roman letters.
Archaeologists Dominic Cruz and Rachel Vilaça, said to belong to
the 'rock art stations "scattered throughout our region. For both,
these two scholars were based on studies published in CT Silva
"Minutes of the Archaeological Seminar III (1977), vol. I 'with the
title' Rock engravings unprecedented in Beira ". For many years the
recordings on the site of the Fountain of Stone were seen as the
most important found in the municipality of Castro Daire.
"These pictures, possibly prehistoric, lead us to conclude that the
presence of man since retreated times in these mountainous terrain,
certainly living the pastoral and farming for survival."
In a few years ago a historian of Castro Daire to roam around the
Sierra realized that some rocks on the face of "recently" had
fractured a profusion of natural designs, something bizarre,
in-dash ocher, whose forms, generally, had a obvious similarity
with that, very close, marked by grooves, have been considered
"rock carvings".
Given the analogy, and address the legitimate questions that you
raised such drawings, Serra appealed geologist Antonio Beato, who,
after having moved there with him, after examining and studying the
phenomenon has produced an enlightening "Scientific Report" which
analyzed after Geologists came by others to make the pictures were
"withdrawn" because after all the books were no more than a natural
phenomenon caused by erosion.
Making a brief scientific description of the main characteristics
of the mineral feldspar, it is noted that the variety Orthoclase
has an average density of 2.5, hardness of 6, cleavage and may vary
in color from colorless to emerald green, through bank, and yellow
flesh color. Orthoclase observed in outcrop in the study, is white,
however in areas exposed to oxidation of iron, has a red-brown hue,
associated with this oxidation, which is visible in various parts
of the massive granite broken up main subsequently oxidized by
exposure to air and water. This mineral whose chemical composition
is an aluminum-potassium silicate (Si: Al: O: K), reacts with
rainwater that seep through cracks in the granite, one occurring
mineral hydrolysis in acidic media, Orthoclase in which reacts with
the acid and with water, producing clay, acid and dissolved
bicarbonate ions by assigning this leaching by chemical weathering
of feldspar, in which it becomes a clay mineral, called?
Montmorillonite.
(...)
"[The] source of curvilinear forms, observed on the surface of
granite, it is noted that the grooves, which cause these forms
result from the breakdown and chemical alteration of Orthoclase
Mineral Clay (due to leaching of feldspar and its transformation in
montmorillonite). However, this erosion can happen before the
feldspar minerals are exposed to air and chemical and mineralogical
changes described above, may occur within cracks in the granite by
reaction of feldspar with acidic water that infiltrated. These
geological events not fully justify the appearance of the grooves,
if anything, we would be replaced by mineral Orthoclase Mineral
Clay, but because of the associated granites, usually fractured by
his plans of joints, breaking down into smaller chunks, exposing,
thus, the faces of change within the ancient cracks, the erosive
action of wind and rain tear the clay minerals, along with some
mica and quartz sediments and leaving ruts that we observed in the
outcrop area and are responsible for the drawings curvilinear,
which seem to have been made by human hands. "
And ready. Given the detailed and convincing explanations of this
expert, it dissipated the doubts. The drawings and curvilinear
grooves exist on the surfaces of rocks existing in the 'Fountain of
Stone' drawings' to seem to be made by human hand "is, so just a
natural phenomenon.
There is no knowledge of any rock with similar characteristics in
the region.
To log this cache will have to send me a photo where you see the
rock player and GPS(optional) the player must also report the type
of rock in question and that the figures represented in it appear
and answer the following question:
What is the number of the last turbine where he
passed before reaching the rock of the natural
phenomenon?
