Úvodní souřadnice Vás zavedou do obce Kvasice, před budovu místní fary, na jejíž čelní stěně se nacházejí sluneční hodiny, které jsou významnou pamětihodností obce. Umělecké provedení hodin není náhodné, naopak jde o důmyslně technicky promyšlený projekt.
Černé linky na číselníku spolu s římskými číslicemi na obvodové stuze označují hodiny, ukazují středoevropský čas. Červené křivky, stínem spojení hodinového ukazatele s podpěrkou, ukazují roční období podle dvanácti souhvězdí zvěrokruhu, v němž se právě nachází Slunce z pohledu ze Země. Symboly jednotlivých znamení jsou namalovány na úzké bílé stuze na konci červených křivek a číslice po obou stranách označují délku dne a noci (DIES - NOX). Zelené a žluté linky na číselníku jsou údajně pouze pomocné a jejich význam je nejasný. Trojúhelník v centrální části, z něhož vychází původní kovaná ručička, znázorňuje trojjediného Boha, vládce času a vesmíru. V horní části obrazu drží dva andílci stuhu s latinským nápisem, ve kterém jsou zakódovány dva letopočty. První 1ABC je rokem založení fary, druhý 1DEF rokem pořízení hodin. V dolní části malby je další stuha s latinským nápisem, ve kterém je zakódován letopočet 1GHI, což by měl být rok, ve kterém byla provedena první z řady oprav díla. Detailní fotografie hodin v listingu je záměrně oříznuta tak, aby stuhy s latinskými napisy nebyly vidět, ať si trochu zaluštíte přímo v terénu

Pro kontrolu, součet všech tří letopočtů je EBHH. V blízkosti finálních souřadnic se nacházel vstup do podzemních chodeb, žel v současnosti je již zazděný a navíc plný odpadků. V podzemí keš proto raději nehledejte.

At the initial coordinates you will find a sundial painted on the wall of a building. The building is a local pastorate and the sundial is one of the most notable landmarks in Kvasice. It was constructed according to a sophisticated technical project and its artistic design is not a bit arbitrary.
Black links on the clock-face together with Roman numerals in the peripheral ribbon indicate hours of the Central European time. Red curves shows the seasons by the zodiac signs, that are painted in the narrow white ribbon. The numbers next to the ribbon show the length of day and night (DIES - NOX). The green and yellow lines in the clock-face are reputedly only auxiliary marks and their real sense is not clear. The triangle in the sundial centre represents the Triune God, the ruler of the time and universe. In the upper part of the painting is a pair of cherubs who hold a ribbon with a Latin inscription, in which two years are encoded. The first one 1ABC is the year of the pastorate foundation and the second one 1DEF is the year of the sundial creation. In the bottom part of the painting is another ribbon with a Latin inscription, in which the year 1GHI is encoded; this is probably the year of the first reconstruction of the sundial. The detail of the sundial photo is intentionally cut to hide the Latin inscriptions; you should decode them in the field.

For verification, the sum of all three years is EBHH. There was an entrance to underground secret passages near the final coordinates, but unfortunately it is bricked out and full of rubbish, now. Therefore, do not search the cache in the underground.
