Geocache Description:

The Betchworth Brockham Loops is a series of 35 plus 1 caches arranged in two loops around Betchworth and Brockham, approximately 7 miles long. The additional cache is just off the loops at Strood Green located outside a possible refreshment stop!

The series partly follows the Greensands Way which is a popular route especially with dog walkers so some stealth may be required when retrieving and replacing caches along these stretches. The rest of the series follows various paths and tracks across farmland and a stretch through Betchworth park woodland with some amazing trees.
The terrain is fairly easy going though there are numerous stiles and gates along the route, and can be very muddy when wet especially in the fields where livestock have been. There are some stretches where it is necessary to walk along the roads so please be careful.

There are a number of other caches on the route that can be collected as you follow the loops;

GC29V2T Dorking Woodside
GC290NQ A brand new start
GC29V13 The veteran cache
As well as some church micros

The caches are mainly micro's interspersed with a few smalls, two regulars and three nano's. Please bring your own pen/pencil for the micros and nanos

The easiest parking we found when setting up the series, was in Brockham.
