(LV) Slepnis ir fotofilmas kastite, kura atrodas logbooks un zimulis. Tas paslepts pie Gulbenes Baltas pils, kas ietilpst Vecgulbenes muižas kompleksa.
(ENG) The cache is 35 mm film canister with logbook and pencil. It's hiden at the Gulbene White Castle in the complex of Vecgulbene manor.
(LV) Pašreizeja Vecgulbenes muižas apbuve veidojusies 19. gadsimta. Kompleksa ir divas kungu majas: Balta un Sarkana pils, saimniecibas eku komplekss ar kutim, stalliem, lopu virtuvi, manežu, oranžeriju, kalpu majam un „Darznieka maja”.
Balta pils celta 1763. gada, vairakkart parbuveta, ar terasi un plašam kapnem darza puse, ta ieguvusi renesanses villas stila iezimes. Balta pils esot degusi 7 reizes. Lielaka dedzinašana bija 1905. gada, kad nodedzinaja ne tikai Balto, bet ari Sarkano pili. Pec šis dedzinašanas pils tika atjaunota, bet ne tas sakotneja izskata.
Sarkano pili 19. gs. Beigas barons Heinrihs fon Volfs celis savai sievai.
Vecgulbenes muižas parki ierikoti 19. gs. Beigas un tos varetu uzskatit par barona Heinriha muža darbu. Parki un stadijumi tapa par godu Heinriha sievai Marisai. Tiesa – viens parks ir par godu barona tevam Rudolfam.
(ENG) All what you can see today in territory of the manor is left from 19th century. In the complex are two living houses: The White and the Red Castle; cattle-shed, stables, riding-school (arena), greenhouse, living houses for workers and “gardener’s house”.
The White Castle was built in 1763 and has been rebuilt seven times due to fires. The biggest fire was in year 1905 when not only the White but also the Red Castle burned down. After fire, castles were renovated but not in previous condition. With it's terrace and wide stairs leading towards the garden the White Castel has acquired a feeling of a renaissance villa.
The Red Castle of manor is built in the end of 19th century. It was a birthday present for baron’s Heinrich wife Marisa.
All parks of manor are made in the end of 19th century. They also were made in time when baron Heinrich was the owner of the manor. Two parks were made for Heinrich’s wife Marisa. And one park was made in memories about Heinrich’s father Rudolf.
