A pretty walk of just over 3 miles through Dorsington farmland. Please replace the caches carefully.
The co-ords above are for the parking. You need to collect the bonus co-ords from caches on the walk!
The cache is at N 52 AB.CDE W001 FG HIJ
In days of old the postman used this route to deliver to local farms and Little Dorsington. The caches are named after wildlife you might see.
There are 8 caches with a bonus. Don’t forget to collect the bonus co-ords, and you will need to bring your own pen/pencil.
The fields might be muddy at times and you will possibly meet various farm animals on the way.
Please be careful with geokiddies and geohounds, and leave the gates as you find them.
The footpath is not marked for most of the walk, so a map would be useful, but if you don’t have one we have given directions where needed.
Parking for a couple of cars is available at N52 08.517 W001 48.424 but do not block the gateway!
Continue along the road and turn left onto the footpath. This will take you back to the parking.
