Geocache Description:

Easy access by bike or foot, street parking either on the Richmond side or, the Vancouver side of the walkway.
Bring Your own Pen.

This walkway is one of the pleasent additons to Vancouver due to the construction of the Canada Line. This walkway makes crossing the Fraser River into Richmond by bike or foot much easier and safer than the previous routes along the Oak street bridge.

The Cache is in the centre of the neighborhood of Bridgeport.
Bridgeport lies along the south bank of the North Arm of the Fraser River, with access to Vancouver via the Oaks Street Bridge and the Knight Street Bridge. Industrial areas fill most of the area, and especially on Mitchell Island. There is the small Tait residential area, with single family homes close to Bridgeport Rd, and multi-family housing closer to the river.
The industrial areas on both sides of the river can make for a very intresting walk or bike ride
