Keiseifunabashi Station was a station above the ground until recently comparatively.
There was a railroad crossing on the way horizontal immediately of the station.
In this way, a lot of traffic density has been often delayed.
In 2006, Keiseifunabashi Station becomes the elevated station to cancel this, and put it together; and in the neighboring tracks elevated; became it.
Funabashi face was built with elevated, becoming it as the station building which served as a passage to JR line.

京成船橋駅は割と最近まで地上駅でした。
駅のすぐ横の道に踏切がありました。
この道は交通量が多く、しばしば開かずの踏切になってしまうことがありました。
これを解消するため2006年、京成船橋駅は高架駅となり併せて、周囲の線路も高架化しました。
船橋faceは高架化に伴い、JR線への通路を兼ねた駅ビルとして建築されました。
