Travel to the information sign at the listed co-ordinates (use your GPS to ensure that you are at the right one) and then project a waypoint to work out where the cache is; 95M at 170 degrees true.
I was in this location setting another type of cache when my torch failed, so I changed plan and set up this cache instead using back light on my GPS and then navigated back to the sign using my GPS back light.
This of couse means that a torch isn't required to complete this cache, however I suspect that this cache will be somewhat tricky to find, even with a torch.
The cache is at a similar altitude as the sign.
