Geocache Description:

An historic urban park in the heart of King's Lynn, The Walks is the only surviving 18th century town walk in Norfolk.

Generally a flat site with tarmac paths around the walks with only the last few feet over the grass to retrieve cache.
This is a 35mm film canister, which is well hidden as original nibbled / missing. you will need to bring your own pen/pencil.

Please use extreme stealth when retrieving and replacing this cache as this is a very busy and popular area, watch out!!

Parking is available in kings Lynn town with a short walk to the walks area or on road parking is available at Windsor terrace N52.44.919 E000.24.341 & Tennyson road N52.45.079 E000.24.630

A £4.3 million Heritage Lottery Funded restoration has returned this 17 hectare park to its former glory and added modern amenities making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore the history of the area.

Boasting a unique 15th century chapel, The Red Mount
st John’s church a Grade II-listed church
The Gannock Arch and Bridges
A children’s play area, toilets and a café. Also a bandstand, water fountain, water course also beautiful landscaping and gardens
The recreation ground occasionally used for public events, also close by is Kings Lynn football club

You are now looking for a 35mm film canister with a just a tiny logbook inside so please remember to bring your own pen/pencil, making sure that the cache is carefully replaced so that it remains out of view as popular area, please use stelth as this cache keeps going missing.
