League of Idaho Cachers

At one time in our geocaching history there was a yellow book that held the promises of good times, good people, and good food on a monthly basis. This book also held the key to Pompy's Code. One day there was cold wind that swept in from the West and wisked the book away with out warning. There have all sorts of rumor and suspect about where the book is now and how it got there. Local legends seem to vary from cacher to cacher. One thing is sure, It is gone and with it vanished all its contents. Lucky for you, this puzzle no longer need be solved. GO GET IT!
