The Strathcona Wilderness Centre is a great supporter of
geocaching but only allows no trace caching. Leave no geo-trails,
overturn no logs and, if caching in groups, please just send one or
two cachers into the bush to find and bring out the cache while the
rest of the group stays on the maintained trails. While visiting
the location of the first cache in Alberta and the second cache in
Canada, please vary your routes in to limit the damage of your
footprints to a protected area.
A reminder of no dogs, on leash or off, or bikes allowed
at the Centre and the area is closed and locked by 4:30
PM.
