Elso megközelítésben azt szerette volna a megrendelo cég, hogy olyan autóbusz-pályaudvar épüljön ezen a viszonylag keskeny, hosszú telken, amellyel a pillanatnyilag megoldatlan összes távolsági autóbusz fogadását meg tudják oldani. Kiszámolták, hogy mekkora kapacitással kellene bírnia, hány autóbusz-állásra volna szükség. Nos, ez olyan mennyiségu volt, amennyit csak úgy lehetett volna megvalósítani, ha nemcsak a földszinten, hanem az elso és második emeleten is álltak volna buszok.
