Less Stress Chess Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

ROTSIP: This cache appears to be gone. As there has been no cache to find for months, and it seems unlikely that it will be replaced soon, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email, quoting the GC number), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Thanks for the past fun.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This is not a difficult find
The idea is not more but less
Take a deep breathe and enjoy the view
It is designed to decrease your stress
Sit on the bench for a while
And enjoy a game of chess

Rules: Play a whole game or make just one move. If you finish the game, please mention it in the logbook and when logging the find, or if you choose to make one (or more) moves, please mention them in the logbook and when logging your find.

We would like to have (in the long term) the most Geocoins and Travel bugs visiting our cache, and then we would like to follow them to as many places across the country and the world as possible, so please keep us in mind when you come to visit and bring a GC or TB with and take one with when you leave on your merry way.

You have two parking options:
1) Onrus Beach - will be the closest, but while you are parked here, why not visit "Wish you were here!" cache as well;
2) Sandbaai Beach - will allow you the pleasure of a scenic cliff path walk between Sandbaai and Onrus beaches - and why not take the time to look for "Watsons For Ever" cache along the way.
PS From the cache you can see "Wish you were here!" but it may seem like a mile away ;-) but really it is only 400m

Note: As there may be an on going game taking place when you visit, please remove and replace the cache with caution, so as not to let any of the other items in the cache box accidentally knock any of the chess pieces out of position - Thank you

Also, please feel free to revisit this cache as often as you are in the area, and make more moves (don't forget to bring a GC or TB ;-). You are more than welcome to be part of the longest chess game ever :-) more than once.
