A memorial park dedicated to the events of September 11, 2001. Located in the Wild Meadows Trace Park, along the Illinois Prairie Path near the Spring Road Gazebo.
I just discovered that this location is also a "find" on the waymarking site. I personally have not tried that yet, but if you are standing in front of this memorial marker, you might as well get two birds with the same stone. Just take a photo..
