This will be a very informal event - no new caches for the event,
CITO or the like. This is just about an opportunity to sit down,
have a drink, maybe some food but most importantly do some
geo-chatting. Visitors to the area (tourists, conference delegates
etc) will be very welcome and may enjoy an evening in the company
of like-minded folk.
Also as per previous events, there will be the opportunity to
swap Trackables.
The theme of this meet is caching by torchlight.
That time of year is already upon us, when the clocks go back and
the sun sets before the end of the working day. But this shouldn't
deter you from caching in the evening. To get into the swing of
night-caching a group of us will be heading out to bag a couple of
nearby caches.
One cache on the list is
box-to-box. If you have the "specialist equipment" needed
please bring it along. Otherwise, tag along and borrow ours!
