Geocache Description:

A circular hike of about 6 miles in the South Downs National Park around Edburton and Fulking culminating in a walk along the Fulking Escarpment. There are 17 caches (EFC06 to EFC08 have been archived) in the series, 14 double-skinned micros and 3 small clip-lok boxes for swaps and trackables.

I have provided suggested parking in Edburton but you could also start in Fulking near the Shepherd & Dog PH.

If you start from #1 it is nice and flat until you get to #14. You could then stop at the pub in Fulking for refreshment before starting the climb up the escarpment.

Another possibility is to walk round the opposite direction starting at #20 and that way you get the steep climb over with at the beginning!

Please be aware that the footpath between #19 and #20 is particularly steep and slippery.

For a nice picnic spot with great views try 50°53.238'N, 0°15.109'W between #19 and #20.
