The V&A waterfront has been the biggest change to the face of Cape Town since they fastened the cable to the top of the mountain. Yes, I know you can see the stadium from a mile away but the Waterfront has given a new attitude to Cape Town. You either love it or hate it. It has a rich history and will always have a future.
The V&A Waterfront has recently been focusing on the history and nostalgia of the area which I find so fascinating. I also enjoy walking in the morning along the harbour and savouring the smell of fresh coffee coming from the restaurants mixed in with the sea-breeze floating of the fishing vessels coming in to unload their morning catch.
All the new faces that come from all over the world and stand in amazement close to cache and click away to take away the most famous image of Cape Town.
* This is a high muggle area, but I have placed the cache in an area that is not so busy, but still use you stealth. It is a great place to take some shots from.The "O of the famous" can be seen in the old image of location.*
