Geo Dust @ Burning Man 2011 Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hemlock: It looks like everyone had a great time. Thanks to Right Turn Only for organizing this event.

As the event is long since passed, I'm going to archive this listing.

Geocache Description:

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE MY FIRST EVENT SO SPECIAL.
IF ANYONE HAS MORE PICTURES TO ADD, PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN POST THEM FOR ALL TO SEE!!!

Right Turn Only is arriving on playa on Aug. 23.
If internet access becomes available before Aug 27, we will post exact coords for Geo Dust Headquarters.
Please read below:

A) Five Daily Caches - Tuesday thru Saturday:

1) Geo Dust HQ location - approx. 7:00 & Coming Out (don't be surprised if we end up closer to 7:00 Divorce). A banner will be posted at the info booth at Center Camp with our exact coordinates. We will also post info electronically there.
2) The daily hides will be in an ammo box and will be in a different location each day and removed by 7pm.
3) The coordinates for the daily hide will be posted at Geo Dust HQ each morning by 8am on the banner at our camp so you can retrieve the cords even if we are not there.
4) A "First to Find" piece of BM 2011 schwag will be in each day's hide.

B) "Geo Dust Gift Exchange" - 3pm on Wednesday at Geo Dust Head Quarters (see above). What to bring: a gift to exchange (under $15), food to share (if you want), and your best martini-drinking vessel! This event is listed in the Playa Events on-line directory and hopefully the hard copy given out at the entrance too. Check it out!:

If you plan to be at Burning Man and want more info, please send me a message thru Geocaching.com and I will send you the invite for our Yahoo group.

Don't forget! Geocachers and Burners are a group of "cache-in; trash-out" and "leave no trace" activists. See the link above named "Related Web Page" for info on how to handle and reduce trash.
