MtnRubi: Apparently the Nat park service suddenly has an issue with a cache on the freeway off ramp, but not the tons of glass and garbage that are in the same place. But, rules are rules, littering is good, caches are not, so we're archiving this cache. Congrats to all the cachers that managed to get it over the years, it's been fun!
