Der Lichtstein ist ein Felsen von etwa 8 m³. An seiner Vorderseite ist eine Tafel angebracht, auf der dem 26. Mai 1928 gedacht wird. An diesem Tag bekam die Gemeinde Obertraun das elektrische Licht. Außerdem hat man von hier einen großartigen Ausblick auf den Hallstättersee.
Bitte den Cache wieder gut verstecken und tarnen. Die ehrenamtlichen Muggel des örtlichen Verschönerungsvereins entfernen alles, was ihnen nicht geheuer ist.
In der Nähe der Location besteht Absturzgefahr – auf kleine Kinder aufpassen !

The „Lichtstein“ is a rock on the scale of about 8 m³. On it’s front side there is a board which remembers the 26 th of May 1928. This was the day, when the village Obertraun got the electric light. Besides, you have a great view over the lake Hallstatt.
Please hide and disguise the cache properly. There are busy men, who keep the path in good condition, but they remove everything that seems to be fishy.
There is danger to fall (rockface) – take care if you have small children with you.
