Tertius decimus is Latin for thirteenth. This is my thirteenth cache along the powerline that runs in front of my house.
I parked at the dead end where the paved path starts. It's a short walk from there. There is a crisp new fifty with U.S. Grant's portrait for FTF. That's all I could fit with the log in the container.
There are muggles about, some walking muttles.
This is hidden in the same manner as Power to the People - Quintus. Please replace as found or better. Someone discarded the cover to Quintus and left it exposed.
