Geocache Description:

NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES
but a great place to start
Don't waste any time on the puzzle. Bruteness will win the day, as is so often the case in this repressive system!

Rounding the pond on a dark and dreary day
I paused to contemplate and escape the foray.
The conical path lead to a seat.
The story that follows I hesitate to repeat.
Gazing at the shimmers and glimmers of the water and slime
The clouds, they soon parted and the sun, it did shine
Slowly from the pool rose a slight Naked Tart
Surprised me so much I let out a small.....cry.
Amidst the cacophony of trumpets and fanfare
I could hear a slight whisper.....so quiet ...I swear

Mae'r llwybr yn y dyn cyfiawn i ddod yn frenin
deugain ac pedwar hanner cant ac pedair pedwar cant hanner cant tri
deg a phedwar ugain tair saith ar hugain naw chant dwy ar bymtheg
Oddi yno, byddwch yn dod o hyd i'r fri arf.
Ewch geisio ac yn ei gymryd a hawlio eich Goron

As quickly as the sun had parted the sky
She was gone without even a goodbye
I have no clue what any of this means
As far as I know it's nothing but dreams
You are welcome to search and go poke about
If you do find it and yes pull it out
Remember poor Dennis the Peasant and give a Great Shout

"Strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government."
"Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses,
not from some farcical aquatic ceremony!"
"You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you!"
