En kvarglömd grön klick mitt i den stora kommersen, troligtvis för att marken är förorenad. På ett flertal platser finner man rör som släpper ut gasen som gömmer sig under marken.
A forgotten green spot in the middle of the great commerce, probably because the soil is contaminated. In several places you will find pipes emitting the gas which is hiding under the surface.
Under större delen av -50 och -60 talet fanns en soptipp på denna plats.
Där dumpades mängder med sopor och gamla bildäck. Soporna eldades och ibland låg röken så tät att de var tvungna att stänga av E4:an (Riks 1.an) mellan Stockholm och Södertälje.
Alla som bodde i närheten minns röken från bränt gummi då det eldades gamla däck.
På 70 talet huserade en betongfabrik på platsen, minns hur vi som barn lekte i vattensamlingarna i närheten och kom hem med benen fulla med röda utslag.
Den som gräver riktigt djupt kan finna en och annan gammal bil, dock behöver man inte gräva så djup för att hitta gömman.
At the -50 and -60 century there used to be a dump at this location.
Loads of garbage and old tires used to be dumped here. The garbage was set on fire and sometimes the smoke was so dense that they had to close the E4 (Riks 1.an) between Stockholm and Södertälje.
Everyone who lived nearby remember the smoke from burning tires.
In the 70 century, there used to be a concrete plant here. I remember how we as children played in the water nearby, and came home with legs full of red rash.
Those who dig really deep here may find an old car or two, but you do not have to dig very deep to find the cache.
