The first short portion of this hike is located in a canyon which can be prone to flash floods so best not to attempt it if it looks as though it's raining in the mountains.
I'd like to extend special thanks to Marzenbac and Kelsoboom for their efforts to replace the cache and keep it alive! This is an old cache, I think it was about the 400th cache placed in the world and I think about 47th in the state of California. Thanks guys! Your efforts are very much appreciated!
