CZ:Teren je pristupny vsem bez rozdilu veku a pohlavi :-) V soucasnosti jsou okolni komunikace hojne vyuzivany in-line bruslari i cyklisty z dalekeho okoli a tato kes je timto zpusobem dostupna. Parkovat muzete bud na velkem parkovisti hned u arealu a vydat se za val, ze ktereho je pekny vyhled na cely areal automobilky nebo si dojet po silnici az na souradnice. Vznik prumyslové zóny Nošovice a závodu spolecnosti Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech sahá do roku 2001, kdy zámer vzniku zóny odhlasovali zástupci Moravskoslezského kraje. V roce 2005 zacala firma Hyundai hledat místo pro svou novou továrnu a vybírala také z dalších lokalit. Krome Nošovic to byla zóna v Mošnove, Dolní Lutyni a v Holešove. Korejský investor vybral Nošovice, jednak kvuli blízkosti rychlostní komunikace R48, železnice a partnerského závodu Kia v Žiline a také kvuli poloze na úpatí Beskyd. Významný vlastník zemedelských pozemku, na kterých se mela zóna rozkládat, ZD Nošovice, zpocátku prodej svých pozemku odmítal. Po vyjednávání s radou krajských i vládních politiku se postupne vetšina vlastníku rozhodla své pozemky prodat. Nakonec se do vyjednávání zapojil také Ekologický právní servis a na spolecných jednání s Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech a Moravskoslezským krajem uzavreli v listopadu 2006 Deklaraci porozumení, která specifikovala závazky jednotlivých stran a mela vést ke kompenzaci negativních dopadu závodu automobilky Hyundai a také usnadnit prípravu a výstavbu závodu. Základní cásti výroby v Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech tvorí lisovna, svarovna, lakovna, montážní hala a výroba prevodovek. Pri výstavbe závodu byl od samého pocátku kladen velký duraz na ohleduplnost vuci životnímu prostredí. Vzrostlé stromy v areálu nebyly vykáceny, ale premísteny na místo, kde se o ne staral tým zahradníku, a po výstavbe byly premísteny zpet do areálu. Zachráneno tak bylo pres 1100 stromu. Celá výstavba probehla v rekordním case: od vztycení prvního pilíre v dubnu 2007 ubehlo pouhých 18 mesícu a továrna byla postavena. Proinvestováno zde bylo 990 mil. eur. V závode se od spuštení sériové výroby v listopadu 2008 vyrábejí automobily Hyundai i30 následované verzí kombi Hyundai i30 cw.
