Geocache Description:

A spooky trip down the haunted roads of Marcellus!

I have taken this cache over do to listing take down. I have made the cache new again and plan on doing a little more work to it in the future. I have also moved it. I have climbed into the unknown just to find a spot for it. This was one of my first caches to find and i really did like it. So for those of you who have or haven't found this one, it is new. Happy hunting. below is from the original cache. This is my very first cache so i made it easy on myself. this cache is now owned by Myself and Wanderer.
Please dont ask me the best way in or the best way out, Thats the best part. it was one hell of a climb for me. im sure someone will find an easier way, but it's still a hike. be carful cause it can be a steep climb. please take care of it, and keep everything in the plastic bag. i dont want to have to make this climb anytime soon just to fix something or dry it out. enjoy the hunt.

!!!The Ghostly Bride of Thirteen Curves!!!

~

"Thirteen Curves" is the dreaded, haunted, spook-infested southern end of Cedarvale Road. There really are 13 curves for those brave enough to dare counting them...(The Pumpkin King counted 'em on a motorcycle a few times in his wayward youth).

According to legend, sometime "back in the old days" a bride and groom were traveling down this road on their wedding night when the car spun out of control and plummeted over the ravine into the stream below. The groom was beheaded in the crash. A farmer who lived nearby and heard the crash came up the road with his lantern, and saw the bloodied bride stumbling down the road carrying her new husband's bloody head! The farmer ran to help her but she dropped at his feet...already dead!

The best time to see the bride and her decapitated husband is any moon-lit Friday the Thirteenth, or, of course, Halloween! Caution is advised however, day or night, when traveling this Haunted Road...it is filled with hair-raising hair-pin turns! In the short time it took us to place this cache, we witnessed an accident near the middle of 13 Curves, and another at the base near our parking spot! Finn McCool says it's the Ghost seeking revenge! BOO!

Congrats to Cosmonium of the FTF.

Like i said, Steep climb. lol. I actually moved this in the dark. not easy to find an easy way in the light, imagine in the dark without a flashlight. lol.
