Geocache Description:

This is a very simple multi-cache that starts you at a VERY interesting tree!
The cache container is a small clear Lock-n-Lock with small trickets in it.

There is a new trail being cut near an old logging road, and as you continue down the trail you may find it in various stages of completion...and volunteers working on it. The volunteers are preparing the trail because the land from the parking area (which has been newly cleared, fenced around with split rail fence, and blacktopped) to Savoy State Forest has been purchased by the Berkshire Natural Resources Council, (visit link) and they are creating a new, clean path to connect all the way through! They are pulling up rocks in the path and breaking them up to fill in low and muddy spots, and clearing away debris and tossing much of it out of sight (often on to the old logging road). I believe that this will be a very nice walking trail when it is complete...probably with many more caches on it!

To find the final location of the cache you need to apply one of the following offsets.

If the tree at the posted coordinates looks like:

Jar Jar Binks / N +.067 W -.025
Chewbacca / N -.080 W -.052
Jabba the Hutt / N -.133 W -.084
Darth Vader / N -.162 W -.032
Yoda / N -.189 W -.027

All of the above options are along the trail, so if you are unsure...you could just check them all.
