The cache is not at the coordinates listed above. It's a great place for a joyride, but a lousy place for a geocache
From the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary:
Pronunciation: 'joi-"rId
Function: noun
1 : a ride taken for pleasure (as in a car or aircraft); especially : an automobile ride marked by reckless driving (as in a stolen car)
2 : conduct or action resembling a joyride especially in disregard of cost or consequences
Why do I call this cache Joyride? I placed this cache right after getting my 4,000th Smiley. You could say I did quite a bit of joyriding to get to this point. I wanted to do a little something to give back to those who got me here. I love seeing the sights, puzzle caches, and bushwacking. So guess what? You get to see the sights to solve a puzzle cache. Hopefully that involves some joyriding, at least to get near the final. Be warned that the final itself will involve bushwhacking. If you have a kevlar suit I suggest wearing it!
The puzzle itself isn't meant to be too hard. Just find a few numbers. Use them in some simple math problems. Use the new numbers to find the cache. Getting the numbers could be tricky. A middle school kid could do the math, so if you're having problems with the math track down a middle school kid to do it for you. I don't recommend taking young children to the final because it really is a thorny area with some cactus and lots of overgrown stuff. Don't say I didn't warn you!
So lets get started. You need to first get the numbers at the coordinates below. I made a chart for you to fill in the numbers. You won't have any problems recoginzing the numbers at the coordinates. They're the only ones around for some distance.

Note: Depending on how you go about getting D you may get a value that has changed since this puzzle was created. If you have an odd number, use it. If you have an even number, subtract one. I have no idea why the number changed.
So what do you do with all those numbers? Fill in the next chart.

Now that you have that, the final coordinates are:
N 29 3P.QRS W 098 2T.XYZ
Good luck. Again, sorry about the bushwhack, but I like them. Makes for less worries about muggles. And I don't want the FTF prize muggled. Did I forget to mention an FTF prize? It's one that you will probably will say was worth your time and effort. Hope so. Have fun!
I will tell you if you have your coordinates correct or not if you send me a message, but until the first and second finders have logged their find I won't tell you what you messed up if you have a mistake nor will I give any hints. I will get back with you ASAP, but do remember I have a job and I geocache - I'm not sitting at the computer waiting to respond!
Note that if you look for this cache between the hours of 11 PM and 5 AM you will be violating a city curfew. Don't do it.
Congrats to FTF CADrake and STF DCIGary. Be looking for an event soon to celebrate!
The event was EWB & CADrake are going on a joyride!, GC2EZEA, and was held 9-25-10. Thanks to all who came, and those who couldn't but wished well anyway!
